
1. How to register my account?
You can register through your phone number or with your social media account (Facebook, Apple ID, and Google).
2. How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel order only when the order has not been accepted by Store. Once the order has been accepted, we cannot cancel your order as it is already on its way to you.
To cancel your order, you may go to Order Detail 🡺 select Cancel Order after that select on a reason why you would like to cancel then click summit.
3. What happen if my order has an out of stock item and why does it happen?
In case there an out of stock item, we will update to you by pushing the notification to you and refund back your payment within 1 day. It might happen as the walk-in customer purchase it before our store accept the order.
4. What kind of payment methods that will be accepted?
Payment Methods which will be accepted in AEON MALL Plus: ABA Pay & KHQR.
Full payment must be made for all goods prior to the delivery.
5. When will my order arrive? And What is your Shipping Rate?
The shipping rate will be charge 1.20$ only per transaction upon any purchase and any available delivery zone. The stipulated lead-time that we adhere to Next day delivery/ estimated 2-3days of all of orders placed
Please note that: Our rider will make a call to you before deliver the item to you.
6. What are your Shipping Method?
Delivery and Pickup services are currently available in our Platform. You are required to select the options to deliver to your address or the Pick Up counter in any AEON MALL branches you wish to pick up your order.
Goods will be sent only to the address provided by you in the ‘Delivery Address’ section at the “Check Out” page. You are not allowed to change the delivery address once the order is confirmed.
7. How to pick up my order at counter?
We will push the notification to you once your order is “Ready for Pick Up”. You may come to our Counter Information within the operation hour and show our Counter Staff your Order Number.
8. Order Status explanation
Accepted: Store have accepted your order.
Packaging: Store is preparing your order in a package.
On the Way: Our delivery partner had picked up your items and is delivering to you.
Received: Customer had received the items from our delivery partner.
9. How do I change my personal information (Name, My Address, Profile Photo)?
You can change your personal information in Profile by click on (Edit Profile) then update your personal information.
10. What is Wishlist?
If you interested the item but wish to check out later, you still able to add it into Wishlist.
In case the item you interested but it ran out of stock, you can add it to Wishlist. We will push notification to you once the item had been re-stock.
11. How can I use my E-voucher?
For E- voucher, it will be automatically applied once you proceed to payment.
12. Can I order multi products from multi tenants?
You can order multi products from multi tenants.
13. Can I have the receipt after proceed the payment?
The receipt will be attached with the package of your order.
