Article1. General Rules
1. This policy prescribes that apply when the User (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) Return and Refund (hereinafter referred to as "the R&R") for the parcel, and the policy is setting by AEON MALL (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) as well as the rights and obligations in relation between the User and the Company.
2. These policies shall apply to all users. Before utilizing the AEON MALL PLUS Online shopping mall service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”), the User shall carefully read through these regulations.
Article2. Dividing point of Responsibility
(Before receiving the parcel by the User)
The User is able to refuse to receive the parcel if the packing material is damaged or wet, or if the goods themselves are defective. In this case it will be regarded as a delivery defect, and a settlement amount (Item retail price and delivery fee) will be refunded.
1. If the User refused to receive the product at the User’s matter, the User will be deemed to have no intention of receiving the product, and the product will be returned to the AEON MALL counter and refunds may not be given.
2. If the delivery cannot be completed on the second day including the first delivery day, due to a phone call failure by the User, the order will be deemed undeliverable and will be automatically returned to the AEON MALL counter and refunds may not be given.
3. In this case, the Company retains the returned parcel at AEON MALL counter for 5 (five) days, and the User is required to pick up the returned parcel by themselves.
(After receiving the parcel by the User)
In principle, the Company does not accept requests for returns or refund after the product has been received.
1. Please refuse to receive the product if the outer packaging is damaged.
2. The request for returns and refund is only valid if the User submits the application form within 5 (five) days, including the delivery completion date. After receiving the parcel, the User should promptly check and inspect by themselves.
3. The Company does not accept requests for returns or refund over the phone. Please be sure to use the application form.
Article3. Rules
A)The Company will respond according to the return and refund rules set by each Tenant. Each Tenant will inform the User individually of the availability of R&R, the number of days of availability, and the item condition etc., after confirming the application form. If the Tenant does not set an individual rules, the Company will use the following rules for processing;
Due to the User’s personal preferences
The Company and the Tenant will not be able to accept any exchanges, returns, or refund because of the User's personal preferences.
C) Due to initial defects of item If the product is found to be defective, the Tenant will pay the return shipping fee, and the Tenant shall replace (or return and refund) the defective item. Each Tenant will provide how to process individually.
D) Due to Incorrect website information or incorrect arrangements by the Tenant
In the event that the website information, Application Information or shipping arrangement is incorrect, the Tenant will pay the return shipping fee, and the Tenant shall replace (or return/refund) the product. Each Tenant will provide how to process individually.
E) Due to Other defect cases by the Tenant
If the defect is due to the item or the Tenant’s matter, the Tenant will pay the return shipping fee, and the Tenant shall replace (or return and refund) the item. Each Tenant will provide how to process individually.
E) Not applicable Cases
Please note that the Company will not accept return and refund requests as below cases;
i. Orders that have passed 6 days or more from the date of arrival of the product.
Please contact us within 5 days and submit the application form.
ii. Products brought to our company without contacting us and submitting the application form.
iii. Products purchased from sites and stores other than our AEON MALL PLUS Online shopping mall.
iv. Products purchased at sale items, bargain items, and discounted prices.
v. Items purchased by backorder or reservation sale.
vi. Products that have been damaged by the User (including those with other odors such as perfume, cigarettes, etc.)
vii. Products whose condition has changed from the time of purchase (processed such as fixing the hem)
viii. If the original receipt or product tag is lost.
ix. Other cases where the Company determines that it cannot be accepted.
Article4. Procedure
1. Please apply for return or refund according to the following procedure within 5 (five) days including the arrival date of the product. Please note that the Company cannot accept returns or exchanges outside of the following rules.
(Excluding returns due to delivery defects)
A) Fill out the application form
B) After receiving the application, the store or our company will decide whether to approve or disapprove within 3 (three) business days.
C) According to the contact from the store or our company, the User himself/herself will carry out the return/exchange shipping procedure.
