Authentic potato shochu made with Kirishima Brewery's own luxurious special distillation. It features a fruity and gorgeous fragrance, a rich sweet taste and a pleasant afterglow. The bottle is supervised by Mr. Manji Inoue, the holder of the important intangible cultural property "white porcelain" (living national treasure). The bottle is decorated with one of the representative techniques, "Uzumon".
